Discover the fascinating world of wine during your visit to the Bairrada Wine Museum in Anadia. The museum offers visitors a breathtaking view of the vineyards at the Bairrada Wine Station. Here, the classic method of producing natural sparkling wines was initiated in 1890.

On the lower floor, embark on a journey through the permanent exhibition “Wine Routes”. Begin your visit with an introduction to the region’s winemaking production and proceed to explore six thematic rooms: “The Vineyard,” “The Harvest,” “Cellars and Wineries,” “Sparkling Wines,” “Technical Tasting,” and “Tourist Route.”

The visit culminates in the Wine Cellar, where you will find a selection of the finest wines produced in this Demarcated Region and a valuable corkscrew exhibition from the private collection of Eng. Adolfo Roque (1934-2008).
